Mixture of pork, prawns and chives, wrapped in a very thin flour skin

Texture was very firm, resulting in a tightly packed dumpling

The dumpling was bursting with meat, but there was no hint of any porky smell

Size, about 2 inches long, 1 inch across and 1 inch thick. It was certainly very filling and 1 piece was already substantial

Rating: 4.5/5

(0.5 missing cos LFC thinks more chives could be added for the extra oomph)
